Like other political parties in Haryana, INC- Indian National Congress has also released its manifesto to attract voter of all section of Haryana, Specially poor people and farmers. Some salient features of the manifesto for the Congress Haryana for Haryana Assembly Poll 2024 are.
Congress’s 7 Key Promises BY INC Haryana.
- For Youth: The Congress government will create 2 lakh permanent jobs under a new recruitment policy. Efforts will be made to make the state free of drug abuse.
- For the Poor: A plot of 100 square yards and a house with two rooms, costing 3.5 lakh rupees, will be given to the poor.
- For Women: Women aged 18 to 60 will receive a monthly allowance of 2000 rupees. Additionally, they will get 500 rupees per month to cover the cost of a gas cylinder.
- For Social Security: Elderly people, disabled individuals, and widows will receive a monthly pension of 6000 rupees. The old pension scheme will be reinstated for Haryana Government Employees.
- For Farmers: There will be a legal guarantee for Minimum Support Price (MSP) for crops. Farmers will also receive immediate compensation for crop losses.
- For Backward Classes: A survey will be conducted to assess the caste status, and the income limit for creamy layer status will be increased to 10 lakh rupees.
- For Families: Families will get up to 300 units of electricity for free each month. Health treatment up to 25 lakh rupees will also be provided for free.
